Ingredient
Barley -1 tbl spoon
Jaggery -2 tbl spoon (grated)
Lemon Juice -1 tbl spoon
- Pressure cook 2 cups of water, barley and the jaggery.
- Cool and liquidse it in a blender.
- Strain and allow to cool completely.
- Add the lemon juice. Mix well and serve luke warm.
Note:
- Barley -Protein rich cereal.
- Jaggery -For flavour and rice source of iron.
- lemon juice -Vitamin C, Protects from cold and cough.
