Dear friends lets make our start with baby food.
Many of us keep wondering .................................? when to start baby food , what to start with how to start............and so on...............Every mother faces similar set of questions. and the list is never ending, Because with every growing day your babies, needs keep growing. So lets make some effort and make a start.
When and how much to start.
First six months a baby is on your feed , absolutely hygienic nourishment for your baby, in the form of breast milk. And then comes the weaning age when your little one, needs something more than your milk. So, initially, it is a good idea to introduce with liquid supplements like soups, dal water, rice water and soon.
To begin with, introduce your child to a single food and keep adding every week. You can also follow this chart:
First WeeK -Rice water.
Second Week -Dal water.
Third Week -vegetable water.
fourth week -Khichdi(rice+ Dal+veg).
